Are Zuumees machine washable?
Absolutely! We know kids get messy. Just remove the insoles, pop the shoes in the washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle, and let them air dry. Do not put them in the dryer.
Do they run true to size?
Our breathable knit upper stretches to fit a variety of foot shapes, but we recommend sizing up if your child is between sizes to give them room to grow.
What sizes do you carry?
We currently carry baby and toddler sizes: 0–6 months, 6–12 months, 12–18 months, 18–24 months and 2–4 years.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn pairs in their original packaging. Contact us at support@zuumees.com to start a return and we'll send you a return label.
